"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"They replaced the hot water heater the same day we called. Excellent service but pricey. $2000. Only reason for not giving 5 stars all around."

"The process went very well from estimate to installation. Their price was reasonable & the technicians who installed our new water heater were excellent. They were punctual, professional, courteous & very careful with the removal of the old water heater. I would definately recommend ARS, they are a top notch company."

"My actual problem was my well not providing water after a power outage. I think my previous review describes my experience. Iâ m not sure why you are requesting another review? The experience of using this app is worse than having the problem itself, due to the constant inundation of emails and texts even though Iâ ve hired someone and marked the job completed!"

"First-rate service in all regards by Master Plumber Andy Migliaccio and his apprentice, Doran Hottle."

"We called late afternoon and they came out that evening even though it was not an emergency. The work was completed quickly, and he took the time to point a pipe installation error from original construction of house. I will definitely use this company again!

"jLarry was prompt, responsive, professional, and honest. We had to replace our 16 year-old water heater. He had a preferred brand that would have been easier for him to acquire, but was honest and flexible when we decided to go with another brand we thought was a better choice based on our own research. He was able to get the water heater we wanted with only a few days' notice.  He was also honest with us about what would/wouldn't be possible for him to do, even though it meant the job would be less lucrative for him. We were considering replacing the diverter cartridge in one of our showers which had begun to leak hot water from the bathtub faucet when the shower was running. He was up front with us right away that he couldn't do the job without embarking on an expensive rebuild of the valve & fixture (the screw to access the diverter cartridge was completely rusted and wouldn't budge -- its been in place since the late 70s when the house was built). We would definitely use his services again.

"I was aware that my old heat pump was on its last legs. Installed in 2000 I was told to expect it to last about 10-12 years. The air handler/furnace dated back to the year the house was built, 1983. I had a problem with the heat pump running out of freon back in March of this year. At that time the Bakers tech warned that the unit was very likely to go soon. He charged me $300 for replacing the freon and said if the heat pump failed within six months, Bakers would apply the money toward a replacement. Sure enough it failed a few months later. The way the air handler was configured, the hot water heater had to be removed to replace the furnace. This unit was very old as well and Bakers was able to replace it with a new one with no charge for labor as the furnace replacement required the hot water heater to be removed anyway. They also gave me a 10% discount on the cost of the water heater and applied the $300 credit as promised. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled, worked quickly, and cleaned up very thoroughly upon completing the work.

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
