Ralph and his assistant Peter were direct, on-time, and very knowledgeable with this type of work that requires a high level of skill and experience. Ralph is the President of the company and communicates thoroughly with his clients. He involves the homeowner throughout the process to ascertain that things are being done to their satisfaction and ensures that the customer is informed and understands the reason and efficacy of the safety procedures he is performing. "Kyle and Justin installed a new 75 gallon water heater in my home this past week. The job was extensive due to need to remove incorrect pvc piping then install proper grade pvc to meet code. In addition they replaced and re install rigid piping for gas lines that apparently builder had not done correctly (shorts cuts!) this was also verified by another plumbing contractor of which we brought in for an estimate. Moe and Chase came out on Tuesday and worked on the a.c unit and got it running. Moe was all willing to answer any and all questions i had about the leaking water heater and quoted me a price to install a new heater and also questions about shower replacement.
