".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

This was a complex restoration, and R&R had to coordinate with the cabinet makers, countertop installers, and other subs during the almost 4-month job. "The project went very well. I had been thinking about adding built-ins to the spare room for years and had noticed this company's ads. I happened to be in Westfield one day and just walked into their showroom without an appointment. I was impressed by how quickly I was greeted and how helpful they were in answering questions. Jered came up with some preliminary designs and then, later, Bob came to my house to go over the design and make final adjustments. He was really helpful in scaling the cabinets to my small house and suggesting good choices for the doors, cabinet caps, and hardware. I ordered the cabinets on April 2 and they were installed on June 10. This schedule worked fine for me since I needed to have painting done and carpet removed before that date. The cabinetmakers who installed the cabinets, Enes and Nate, are skilled craftsmen and did a beautiful, meticulous job. The cabinet materials and construction are very high quality and well worth the price. I could have bought free-standing furniture for a similar price, but the built-ins (and the quality) are a real improvement to my house. I also liked using a local company. I can definitely recommend this company."

"The end result was beautiful. I did have some difficulties. The job went over. He absolutely swore up and down it would be over in a certain amount of time and it went about 20% longer. I was with no explanation and no knowledge that it was going over, it just kept going and that annoyed me. His subcontractors varied with grew respect they shared my house, some of them who left a complete mess and some of them were very good about cleaning up. They all did good work, but some of them left a huge mess behind. When he showed up and he was here all time of the day I think and when he saw what a mess all the subcontractors left, he would clean it up. I had always found they were very annoyed by me. The quality of the work was excellent. He gave me a lot of ideas and they were beautiful. They were very good ideas and he did custom cabinets and they are gorgeous. He's been very good about following up. I've had him back for several things like the doors not closing right, I had problems with the sink and several other things. I call him and he pretty much comes back and fixes it. He seems to be good at his work. I would consider using him in the future."
