"I got quotes from three different contractors to do my master bathroom. While they were all relatively in the same ballpark, I just liked Tom better than the other two contractors. He seemed to listen to what I wanted and made suggestions and I just felt more comfortable with him. He tiled the floor and shower in the master bath, replaced vanity, installed a tub surround to match the vanity that I bought, installed lighting, painted, and installed two recessed medicine cabinets. Everything came out beautifully - very happy with it. In the guest bathroom he did tile floor, replaced the vanity, installed "paneling," painted, patched wall, put up a new mirror, and lighting. We were trying to spend as little as possible on our guest bathroom and in the end the cost for renovating this room actually came out under budget. I was happy with the outcome as well as the working relationship. Tom actually answered his phone most of times that I called and if he couldn't answer right away he called back that day. Although he started later than he said he would he called frequently with updates about when he thought they'd begin (prior job ran longer because client kept making changes). Communication and punctuality alone are reasons enough to hire Tom. I have never worked with a contractor who seems to think these things were important. It cut down on my stress level and frustration considerably. His crew was very professional and friendly and left everything clean and tidy each day. They were nice to my kids and dogs and I felt comfortable leaving them in my house alone. I would and have recommended them. So, I guess the only downside to Nicholas Tile & Bath is that they don't do kitchens :-("

"Brian was truly a lifesaver. We detected a gas leak at my 80 year old mothers home on a Friday afternoon with a major winter storm headed our way. ACC plumbing was quick to respond to my request via Angis. In fact they were the only plumber to respond. Brian was able to pressurize the lines and locate 2 separate leaks. Once the leaks were repaired we were able to get her gas turned back on. Thankfully my mother was able to reheat her home before the storm hit. We are very thankful that ACC Plumbing was able to fix the problem and equally grateful that we were not overcharged for the service during a critical time. A good honest plumber is hard to find. "Jim and his associate made two visits to my property.  The first included fixing a garbage disposal, turning on the water in the barn and providing an estimate to run new water lines to install a washing machine in the garage apartment.  This job included tying in the installed lines into my septic system.  We found Jim to be an honest man, evidenced by his candor demonstrated after conducting a simple reset and clear of the garbage disposal.  Since we just moved into the property, we are busy and did not know/research/diagnose the history of that disposal, and a man without integrity may have taken advantage of this opportunity to make a quick buck.  This is not the case with Gentile Plumbing.  He knows the value of providing fair, high quality service to his customers.  We concluded from this episode that he clearly is focused on building long term, mutually beneficial relationships, and that his business will continue to thrive and grow.  He understands that making a quick buck usually leads to losing customers when they inevitably discover that they were overcharged for unnecessary services. We appreciated this approach.  The second visit was to conduct the more complex and extensive retrofit for the washing machine.  Jim and his associate were on time, professional, courteous and respectful.  They completed the work in a timely and non-invasive manner (we had family visiting, and it did not throw off Gentile Plumbing in their focused manner in executing the job).    Jim also had to make a few adjustments as they proceeded with the job, but at no point did he try to re-cut the deal.  I would highly recommend Gentile Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing services, as I am sure that they will receive professional work done at a reasonable price.  Well done!

"I had such a great experience with Tore'! He arrived exactly on time, took the time to listen to my problem with the plumbing, and then asked several follow-up questions. When he got to work, he was diligent and kept me updated on what was happening. Tore' got the repair done,made suggestions on how to prevent issues in the future and recommended a new garbage disposal to replace our rusty old one. Oh! And he also had a milkbone for my dog!
