Get matched with top swimming pool heaters installers and replacers in Moraga, CA

"Matt and his team did a nice job explaining the repair to our pool and did a terrific job. High quality of work and done on budget"

"They did an excellent job. The only issue was that after starting to chip away at the old plaster, they called me and told me that my pool had been replastered before. Therefore it had 2 layers of old plaster. That meant more work to chip it all the way down to the gunite. That would cost $1,500 more! I had chosen PPP because of their low bid and good reviews on Angie's List. I was very upset. Jorge said that he could replaster without stripping down to the the gunite. I told him that other companies specified in their estimate and quot;strip down to the guniteand quot;. He agreed to drop the surcharge to $1,200.
Notwithstanding this, PPP were still cheaper and did a superb job.
My recommendation to others is to make the contractor be very specific as to his assumptions and state what are the incremental costs if these assumptions turn out to be incorrect.Jorge is a very pleasant man who is a pleasure to deal with.

"Was very nice , Steve was great coming out to my home but when my I order a new pool safety bar it came in wrong. So we had to wait for a new one to come in."

"The installer was knowledgeable and friendly. The work was well done. What was nice is that they painted all the pipes to match the filter. The owner of the company has been very helpful in recommending a pool sweep. He has been very accessible, knowledgeable and nice!"

"There was a problem with the first pump not working, and it was rapidly replaced and the project was completed on time. The pool now looks great."

"Bill and the rest of the Fine Point team were incredible.
They sanded and repainted a large kitchen with stained oak cabinets. Since the oak didn't take the paint like other woods, they applied an extra coat of primer and and extra finishing coat to make sure that it looked the way we hoped. They used a spray, which helped give the cabinets a professional, uniform coat. They look fantastic.
When the paint dried, some of the cabinets didn't close properly. This is not a criticism?when we told Bill, he came by the next day to fix those that were misaligned (which could have happened in any project), so the final kitchen looked perfect.
The whole team was really friendly. They put in extra hours to make sure the job was done well, and honored their initial estimate, which was completely reasonably compared to some estimates we received.
They touched up several areas of the house. When we couldn't find a matching paint for the upstairs bathroom, Bill repainted the entire wall with another paint, and he did it for a nominal fee.
What can I say? The team was patient with us as clients, thorough with the job, and masters of the craft. Our house looks fantastic, and I'd hire them or recommend them in a heartbeat.

The pool related tasks were of very high quality, but the concrete deck work was sub-par, including excessive cracking, poor color matching and poor quality sealing of concrete that resulted in a lot of white haze on the deck (my guess is that the sealer was drying before they applied it).

It was very difficult to get hold of anyone who knew what was going on with respect to the schedule.  There was a lot of wasted weeks between activities with no apparent explanations.  Overall, frustrating to work with, though again, the quality of the pool work was great (tile, plaster, plumbing, new equipment install).

"Fair price, and speedy installation of our ScreenLogic pool system."

"When Frank arrived the pool equipment came on and is working fine. He gave me helpful suggestions to keep the pool equipment working. He came in one day, was on time, and was very helpful. If I need service in the future I will definitely give this guy a call."

"It went well. Green NRG was easy to work with, their employees are very responsive and friendly! It took no time at all to schedule the work, and my new roof and panels were both installed very quickly!"
