"Your service provider came out and did not repair the leak and did not focus specifically on that issue or address the specific issue that I have notated in the work that needed to be done, but proceeded to try and sell me or replace the entire roof on my house and I am assuming that it is because the job that I wanted done was not profitable. The issue that concerns me the most is over the past week or more, I had a second inspection done on my roof and was told that there is not an issue with my current roof and it does not need to be replaced so I have moved on to using another person to fix the specific leak that I wanted repaired. The $199 that I spent was not a wise expenditure on my part and was my mistake. I would like for you to contact this provider and tell them that there is no need to contact me any further as I have decided to use another provider to fix the issue with my porch and there is no further conversation or discussion needed. "Great work... Roof was removed and replaced in less than 2 days as promised."

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

Took time to explain all options and offer choices and info on converting to electric as lowest cost option. Very honest and professional. Will definitely use this company for installation of damper. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

Other companies weren't willing to get involved, but Pro Roofing has people who specialize in this sort of thing. They knew how to deal with the insurance company to get them to approve funds towards the repair and then to fight their original estimate to get us more. If you have roof work that involves dealing with an insurance company, these are the folks to use. The new roof they installed looks great. It makes the house look significantly better and well maintained. Could not recommend more."
