The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. "I was thrilled with the work that Ferguson did. I wanted all of the floors cleared of carpeting and Vinyl panels replaced them. Ferguson recommended what was best for the climate in my area, even though it was less expensive than the engineered hardwood I originally thought I wanted. They had a big job to do: pulling up all of the old carpet and padding, then getting the new floor down. All the while, they kept me informed of their progress and finished on time and on budget."

"CM tile did work in my 1904 Victorian Redlands, CA home in Sept. 2022. The hardwood floor in the kitchen was replaced with tile, and an adjacent ¾ bathroom was completely redone. In short, my wife and I both had an excellent experience. Manuel and his crew were diligent, professional, and polite. The project went smoothly from start to finish. Thatâ s not to say the project was without unexpected twists. The floor in the kitchen contained multiple layers of various materials that were stripped away before placing the new floor. And a pipe passing from our washing machine through the floor and into the basement had to be replaced after a leak from the pipe was discovered. The leak had slowly been doing damage to the adjacent flooring for years. The pipe was in a difficult area to reach. Manny dealt with the kitchen floor as needed and fixed the plumbing issue himself. He also placed a new toilet and a new vanity sink in the bathroom. For limited additional tasks beyond his scope needed to complete the project (such as dealing with the floor damage noted above), he brought in other experienced professionals as needed. The finished product is functional and beautiful, just what we wanted. Manny is a perfectionist with multiple skills and years of experience making homes better. Very highly recommended."

"Byron and his team recently helped me with a floor polishing project as part of my home remodeling efforts. Byron was very responsive on text/phone and came in a few times before we settled on a date to come provide a quote as well to give me samples that I could select from. He is based in Culver City and yet made the trip out to Pasadena a few times to help with making sure I was comfortable with the sample selection. He was very prompt and responsive during scheduling especially when I had to move the date a few times due to delays in remodeling. His team was prompt and came in as scheduled, did a great job and provided me regular updates during the process. They also use dustless equipment and did not leave any dust on the walls as a result of the polishing. They were very professional and I would highly recommend their services."

Within three full days, they had removed all the old tile, leveled out the floor and installed new luxury vinyl planks throughout my entire home.
