My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. "Raymond went above and beyond in hooking up my new gas clothes dryer. There were some crucial parts that were missing and the install ended up taking much long than expected because of it. We actually went to Lowe's together to get what we needed and it took a long time for Lowe's to get us what we needed. Raymond pushed back another job and made sure everything was done right and working right before leaving my house. He did not budge on his promised price but I demanded he take more than we agreed to. He wouldn't even take all the extra money I wanted to give him. This guy is the real deal."
