After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Overall, the repair specialist was friendly and communicated very well. After diagnosing my refrigerator (French Door w/ a Door Alarm that would not turn off) and order parts for the repair, the fridge still does not work. I paid for the service call ($75), parts ($56), and labor ($35) - totaling approximately $167. I was informed that the refrigerator is unrepairable. Unfortunately, I do not know what the protocol is in the service industry when you are unable to fix a problem, and you still charge the full amount. I would assume some kind of discount should be provided."

"Both men were pleasant and jobs requested were accomplished. I Would prefer that the 2 individuals who came to our home to provide these services not return in the future. Both men appeared rather unkempt, even dirty. We were their first job of the day, so being dirty due to an earlier job that day was not an excuse.One of them had such a severe chest cough that he probably should have stayed home. I was always concerned about the germs or respiratory infections he might well have released into the atmosphere of our home. General rule: If you are sick, get into a hot bath and STAY HOME!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
