"I have worked with Appliance Quality Repair over the last 5 years on various appliance repair projects, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwasher, electric range, and washing machine. Their service has been very responsive and reliable with reasonable charge. I would highly recommend Appliance Quality Repair for diagnosis and troubleshooting of any appliance issues. The repair has extended the life of several appliances for many years. The technicians are very experienced and they would quickly find out what was wrong and come up with reasonable solutions."

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"I had Pro Tech repair two pieces of wooden furniture. They were very cordial and professional. They worked very hard when they were here and treated my furniture very carefully. Both pieces look MUCH better than before!! Although this is the only service I used them for, I believe their specialty is HVAC and I would try them for that if I had the need."

"Exceptionally well! We just moved into a rental home in the area, and the property needed some repairs upon moving in. The first company we called came out and seemingly fixed things, but a week hadn't gone by before the true quality of their work was revealed: closet shelving collapsed again, the water heater stopped working again, and a leaky faucet started leaking again. Then we called Southern Kentucky Home Pros, and Landon came out and fixed everything in under an hour. Haven't had a problem since! Extremely friendly too. Welcomed us to the area. We highly recommend Southern Kentucky Home Pros for any home repairs!"

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"they arrived earlier than expected. i was told they took all credit cards, however, the service tech told me they only accepted cash or check. this could have been a problem if i didn't have money to cover the check. UPDATE: the oven they supposedly fixed only worked three times over a one month period. i attempted to call them but they have disappeared off the face of the earth."
