Minute please When I shared my frustration with Robert, he shrugged and said I can not control the rain. True. But you can control how you communicate with your customers. Willfully choosing to not show up without the courtesy of ANY advance communication is about as unprofessional as it gets. BTW: full transparency ? the full deposit was returned."

I have a severe slope and once that company had taken up my old driveway…leaving me with just sand, they informed me that they had miscalculated the project and that the price was more than double their initial quote. I fired them and got in touch with Trinity. Trinity did not take advantage of my somewhat desperate position…with my sand washing out into the street every time it rained. Trinity’s quote to finish the project was more than fair and the completed driveway looks great. It’s been about 4 years since we completed this work and we have them back every year to help with seal coating. These are honest people concerned with building and maintaining their reputation. I would strongly recommend them if you are considering a project."
