"I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED WITH ALWAYS CONCRETE SERVICES. WE WANTED OUR OLD CONCRETE AROUND OUR POOL AND ALL THE WAY TO OUR SUNROOM DOOR TAKEN UP AND PUT BACK DOWN WITH CONCRETE STEPS ADDED. JAMES & HIS CREW KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO, THE LOOK WE WERE GOING FOR & OF COURSE THE PRICE WAS AMAZING. YOU CAN TELL JAMES HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR 35 YEARS. "I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable and clearly not trustworthy. My experience currently has been a complete waste of time, money and emotional energy. Dr. CLARICE BROWN "
