John called before arrival to let us know about exact timing, and was very thorough in investigating the problem and then explaining the situation. After consultation, he was able to repair our system. John also discussed what to look out for in case there are problems in the future. We have had our AC unit serviced regularly by other companies, but we will never use those other companies again. Blue Star is superior in every way! Cannot recommend highly enough. However, their dispatcher called me earlier and said they will be 2 hours early, causing me to run around and panic, then in fact they were 2 or 3 hours late (from the original time). TO make up for it though, they sent in an extra person to help with the move. I would probably use their services again (Especially with such a great price)
