"Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!

"Very qualified but no discounts for elderly or miltary. Cost was high for the work that was completed. $400 to clean a drain. Your chose. We were close to Easter and hosting family gave us no choose but to accept the cost. Being a retired military in our 80's made this hard to accept, but again no time to shop around"

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "Paramount showed earlier than the designated time. Which was just fine with us. They steam cleaned the affected area and scotch guarded the area as well. I happened to notice on the side of their van that they cleaned tile grout. They were willing to do it while they were here on my polished limestone bathroom and shower stall. The guy was friendly and professional and efficient!"
