"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

"When I contacted mr. Dunbar and told him that my kitchen sink was clogged he knew exactly what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me why I was having the problem and how we could fix it. He unclogged the drains and put in a drain clean-out. I was very happy with the work he performed and we will only call him in the future."

"I just had days appliance repair fix my washer. I am very happy with their service. The guy was on time, went straight to work, was extremely professional, and had my washer fixed in about 20 minutes. I had a big sewing needle stuck in my pump, I had NO idea what was going on, he fixed it right away. There was no surprise fees, the total was what I expected, and I'm very happy.
