"The job was done nicely. However, after setting up the install several weeks in advance because of logistics, they cancelled due to out of town something. The next time install was scheduled, they were running so late because of either traffic or accident or ? we agreed another day. Job performed nicely, however I have asked three separate times to get a copy of invoice. This was done at a rental unit and my tenant gave them the check. I had the check waiting for him, he cashed that day, but cannot seem to give me a copy of invoice. Very poor business practice. I did my part of the job. I would not hire him again because of this. I want my invoice."

"GABRIAL CAME AT THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD, WE HAD A BAD LEAK FROM THE WATER HEATER PLUMBING HE REPAIRED THE PIPE GOING INTO THE WALL AND REPLACED BOTH HOSES. "Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. We decided to remodel our kitchen & the backyard. The work included the installation of artificial turf, plants/flowers while the kitchen was completely updated. They installed new cabinets (upper and lower), countertops, backsplash tiles, lights, paint and more... the new kitchen absolutely looks gorgeous and the house is like a new one. All of our friends and family always amazed when they come to visit. They took extra care of everything and the crew and staff was very nice and polite all the time. "A partial diagonal ceiling and uneven walls and floors made this job quite a challange.  It took a lot of time an effort for the job, but it is beautiful now that it is done.  I am very happy with it and would definately hire him again in the future
I do think that the popularity of Blue Ribbon Industries, especially with the Angie's List Deal, spread him out too much, so it took much longer than necessary.  It was finished 6 months after I bought the coupon and over 4 months after the job was begun.  However, I was not in a big hurry, and only got a little anxious about the delays toward the last couple of months. 
He was very good about making sure I was happy, and said that if I needed any more wire holes or if I had any questions or problems to let him know.  He was very friendly and professional.
