"Chris came over explained that I needed an interior door, as well as storm door. Very friendly, but never arrived at the time he stated, nor did he call/leave a text that he would be later than he planned - usually an hour or more. He did the install of both doors. I have all the same issues I had before, which he said would be fixed and then some. Left a gap on bottom of storm door, allowing cold air in. Interior door he supplied was damaged and the wrong color, so now dents need to be repaired & it requires to be painted. Trim replaced around the interior door was not flush to the wall & air comes through. I sent multiple messages to him about coming back to fix the problems, with no response. I now have worse frost issues when it's cold that he promised would be gone. Now, I'm stuck with trying to find someone to fix his mistakes. I'm extremely upset as I went through Angi and thought I would get an honest and competent person to do the job for which we paid. Mike E"
