Flipping the light switch and glancing up, the evidence is immediate. A broken spring. A quick google of these doors from the 1950s informed the weight to be approximately 200 to 300 pounds. Whereas I normally make any basic repairs on my own, it becomes obvious there is nothing more to be accomplished on my own. Time to phone landlord. The next morning Dylan arrived new door atop the truck, and he went to work. Studiously he removed the door disassembled the old framework began installing the new door rails, door, motor, lighting, etc. Later in the morning another tech, Bram appeared who assisted Dylan in the completion of the job. The quality is outstanding, the people professional, pleasant and customer service oriented. If you garage door needs repairs or replacement, these are your people. And, as a potential customer, you should note, they saved my landlord over $1000.00. Thatâ s not insignificant!"
