"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. "Eddie came to our home to inspect a dishwasher and a wine cooler as both had stopped functioning. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to fix the dishwasher with a minor adjustment when I was ready to replace the entire unit. He then assessed the problem with the wine cooler and gave me an estimate, ordered the part and said he, or one of his service techs would return the following day to make the repair. Although I offered, he took no payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The next day as promised I received a call from the service tech, who was also courteous and knowledgable, telling me he was on his way and wanted to confirm our address. The repair was made and I was given the bill which included which I gladly paid. The entire experience was very professional, a rare find, and I highly recommend this company and the service they provide.

"Steve (the owner of Elite Appliance Repair) and Kevin arrived within the scheduled time window, though they had called ahead of time and said they could be a little late. They very quickly diagnosed the problems with our 14-year old washer (two circuit boards and a support strut) and recommended that given its age, we consider buying a new unit. Because they found the problem so quickly, they even waived the normal diagnostic fee, simply asking that we call them in the future! Simply can't get any better response and service!"
