"Job was very well done. When the inspector came from the solar company to inspect the new roof, he found that some soft (cracked, not rotten) plywood had been shingled over. High Quality Roofing promptly returned and tore out the bad wood and re-shingled. They did a good job cleaning up and were polite and friendly. Price was very reasonable."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Our "main man" on the job was a young man named Nathan. He proved to be the hardest worker I think we've come across in longer than we can remember. He got here daily at approximately 6:30 a.m. and worked tirelessly until 3 p.m. or later for 5 days straight in the hot Phoenix area sun and heat. His helper was just as hard a worker and in the end was such a blessing in trying to get up the static electric dust that the work on the roof produced and that our two cats were covered in and tracking all over from being out in the screened patio. Both young men were a delight. They cleaned up any mess made and left our home in better shape by far than when they first arrived. "Head roofing Honcho" Paul was fun to work with also as was our first contact Rich. We will look forward to seeing "our new best friends" when we have them come out to do a yearly roof inspection!! We anticipate a drip free rainy season and highly recommend Trades Unlimited for anyone that wants a professional, caring company to work on their property.
