"Water heater repair and Had Gerald Schulz out here and he did a great job."

"Glenn was an incredibly knowledgeable educator, above and beyond the other companies we spoke with. He also really didn’t want us getting anything but the best and wholistic options for our family’s situation and home. The warranty was great too! We had a water heater removed and replaced, reverse osmosis filtration installed, and a whole home filter and conditioner fitted. The water tastes great from everywhere in our home! The plumber on site was friendly and quick. 4 months later everything is working perfectly. Glenn was fast and constant with communication the whole time. If you need any work done related to water- highly suggest giving Aquaco and Glenn a call."

"Steve arrived when estimated and determined what needed to be done, left for a while and retuned with a very good water heater and drip pan and began the change out. He cleaned the area and hauled the old water heater away. The installation looked professional."

"They were very easy to work with. We needed some items moved out of the way in order for them to install the new water heater. They also put them back when they were finished with the installation. The unit was more than I expected but I had no choice as I needed a new one. Very professional."

"Josh arrived on time for our appointment. We mentioned we did not have hot water. He initially checked whether there was power to both the lower and upper thermostats on the hot water heater. Finding no power for both thermostats, he then checked the main power line to the water heater. Once again, there was no power. He checked the circuit board and found the circuit breaker had been inadvertently shut off. After turning the circuit breaker to the on position, he did hear the water heater beginning to heat water. He also gave us advice on servicing the water heater in the future along with possible additions of a water softener and a reverse osmosis unit to offset the hard water from our town water system. We would definitely recommend this company for future plumbing needs."

"Highly recommended! Very professional, experienced, and efficient! I have used them several times and they have always exceeded my expectations! I am a Realtor and work with many contractors. Fairly Local Plumbing, LLC is by far the best! They changed out my shower/tubs, toilets, garbage disposals, sinks, dishwasher, and water heater. There isn't anything they can't do! They did an amazing job, were very clean, and were always available to answer my questions. They helped save me a lot of money, and are honest and trustworthy! Their value far exceeds their pricing and feel very grateful to have found such a dependable company. I will continue to use and refer to all my clients!"

"First
Glenn Buckman explainer whole house pure water units. Very educational.
Next he explained how the newer water softeners work and the advantages.
Next day one of the employees and his helper arrived and very efficiently installed and set up the new softener. I was very satisfied and have already recommended them to a friend.

"Chris knew what he was doing and explained. Tank's bladder was breeched internally. He showed me a valve on the tank that when initiated bled water instead of air. He indicated I needed a new tank, He will return to install. He clearly showed competence. He spoke well and listened well. I would recommend."

"Kevin was prompt, super friendly and professional.  Not only did he take the time to look at our heater, he also patiently explained what he was doing and how the water heater works.  He discovered that we did not need a repair, but a new water heater.  I was blown away that there was no charge since he said he didn't fix anything.  Amazing service from Leak Dr. and we are now life-long customers!

"They came to perform a water heater flush. They opened a valve to do the flush. When they opened it, it broke and was leaking, I had to pay an additional $99.00 to replace the valve because it was leaking. I would have appreciated some kind warning that it is possible for it to break before hand that way it would be my choice to continue. They also disconnected my water purifier which goes to my refrigerator and didn't reconnect it so now my refrigerator wont make ice. That is an additional expense I will have to pay out of pocket. He was the not the water purifier person so he may not have known, but he should have made that clear."
