"They come once a year. We've got a life-long contract that they come once a year and do an inspection for us. They're very thorough. They offer suggestions. Well, they fixed it. It's fixed. They're very good at fixing the problem and it doesn't break. So, the quality of their work is very, very good. As I said, they offer suggestions. "We had an extremely strong sewer odor in the house bathroom. I had checked all the traps and done some DIY maintenance. When James got here I explained what I had done. He checked everything and was puzzled as to what the problem might be. I mentioned checking in the attic as a possible source of the odor. James went up and through the trusses to the area over the house bathroom. He came back and asked me for a trash bag and showed me a picture he had taken of a dead squirrel. He went back and collected the remains and gave them to me in the bag. The dead critter stunk to high heaven through the bag. He said it would take some time for the stink to dissipate. Thank you Jim."

"The job took a couple of hours because Conrad had to go get a part, but he took care of it and the water dispenser is working great. He removed the old hose and setup and replaced everything with all-new parts. He drilled a new hole in the floor so that the hose would be lined up right. We always call them for plumbing, because their prices are very reasonable, they know our systems, and they're very conscientious."

"Jamie came out, pumped our septic, and discovered the pump was fine...that it was the gloat that malfunctioned. He pumped the septic, re-wired our pump and installed new floats. I was happy with their honesty and responsiveness."

"My realtor, the woman who is helping my sell my house, recommended Kevin Petree as an excellent plumber and recommended that he be called for an estimate in connection with my perceived plumbing problem. I did in fact call him and he and his brother arrived prepared for anything; it appears that only a few minor adjustments were required."

"Zach was amazing! I called him around 7-8pm and withing 15 minutes he was there to help me. We had some major issues and I told Zach was I was told from previous plumbers and come to find out, the issues I though I had were not what was told to me by others. Zach made sure I understood exactly what the issues were and told me upfront what the cost was. He is an amazing plumber and I will be calling him from now on with my issues. Polite, knowledgeable, and experienced is what Zach is."

"They were very fast, punctual, friendly and professional. I ended up needing a new air conditioner which they replaced the next day at a reasonable price."
