The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

Valairco answered my 1st phone call, scheduled someone to come between 10 and 2. Michael arrived around 10:30, diagnosed that we needed a new indoor fan blower motor quickly and left. He came back early the next morning with a replacement motor and installed it. He was polite, professional, and friendly. Working great. Total cost $450 plus tax."
