They said they can?t prove it wasn?t from overuse even though I was willing to share the exact number of cycles from the myQ app. Clearly the parts are not quality or there were issues with the installation, but they try to blame it on the customer for overuse or not keeping up on maintenance when you would need to disassembly the entire system to check the parts.
