"Our floor company had removed the existing original carpeted floor in our master bath to discover damaged subfloor surrounding the toilet area which needed replaced before they could complete the new tile floor. Because of our past experiences with J & M, we called James who was able to squeeze us in the next working day.  After James and an assistant gutted and replaced the damaged area of subfloor, James didn't feel comfortable billing us for the eventual amount of work so I told him to think about it and email us a bill.

Well he thought about it and said if we didn't mind dropping off a battery charger they'd forgotten to their nearby office, we'd be all square - no bill!  Ordinarily, you'd be able to push me over with a feather after such a turn of events but after having James complete 2 previous quality  building projects for us and getting to know him and his people, we weren't totally surprised.  A 'quality' contractor doesn't always translate to quality 'people' but in the case of J & M, it does.
We've got at least 2 more home projects planned for the not-too-distant future (which James knows about) and there's no one else we'd consider calling for either advice or estimates."

Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!

"Out of all the projects we used Classy Craftsmen for, this was by far the most custom. I had very exact specifications for my home theater and home networking. This project involved extensive drywall repair, electrical work, wiring, and general creativity. These guys did a great job and I ended up with a unique home theater setup in my basement. The goal in addition to getting the 5.1 speakers wired and mounted along with the ceiling mount projector, was to install a projector screen that was located slightly away from the wall so that it could be backlit with RGB LED rope. These guys were able to execute this highly customized vision exactly to my specs and I now have a 120" LED backlit screen that is unlike anything I've seen before. There are some similar off the shelf solutions but thanks to Classy Craftsmen, this concept was executed at a lower price than the parts alone would have been to do this via a commercial product. Furthermore, all of the drywall work after the wires were ran was so seamless, you could never tell just how extensive the wiring was.
