We chose to focus on our two main priorities: painting hallway to basement and installation of bathroom exhaust fan. We purchased the fan. The work was completed in November over about a 3 day period. Installation of exhaust fan was difficult as Greg and an assistant were required to crawl through the attic space to reach the fan.
They painted hallway and trim with two coats of paint and made necessary repairs. We were and continue to be happy with the quality of work.

"The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled. 
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.
