Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. I had a concern with one of the windows after installation and Nate was at my house within a couple days to make sure all was good. I would highly recommend!"

"Very well. They scheduled with us, and installed on the same day we got our new furnace. They worked with the HVAC guys so that everyone could do what they needed and still get out of the driveway. Usually buying windows is as ugly as buying a used car. This was painless. They gave us a price and that was a promise. Took a while to get the windows, but supply chain issues, NOT Zen was the key. "This is the second time I have contracted with Quality Counts Painting and both experiences were outstanding. In this case, I had just completed some bathroom remodeling and needed to have the room painted. It also seemed like a good time to have the trim refreshed. I thought with my deep-pile, light-colored Frieze carpet painting base boards would be a challenge but it didn't seem to phase Pat. I had not expected it but as they found caulking around doors and windows in need of repair they fixed it. Selecting a paint color to match the new bathroom tile presented a challenge for me. Dennis brought paint chips and suggested a couple of options. He acquired samples and helped me make a selection. I had previously decided that I wanted a faux finish on the walls. Tom did all the prep work and base coats before Dennis came in to do the sponging. Great results!! Tom and Pat were here for the bulk of the project. I cannot compliment them enough on their professionalism, work ethic, and skill. Besides all that they were just fun to be around. Great crew and terrific results ... I could not be happier."

"James was great!  He came out to give us a free estimate which was lower than other estimates we received.  We wanted to buy our own fixtures (shower, vanity, toilet, etc.), so he gave us the price for the installation and finishings (trim, paint, etc.)  He said the job would take about 3 weeks which from start to finish it did, even though they weren't here every day.  As they were working, they figured out that the vanity we chose didn't quite fit right with the plumbing.  He had the idea to take the drawer apart and move the tracks to make it work.  It is perfect.  After a few days of completion, we noticed a couple of things that needed tweaking, and he came back out to fix them, no questions asked and at no additional charge.  Overall, we were very happy with this work, how kind he was, and the finished product! :)
