"Julio did an excellent job with my home. He didn’t only provide a competitive price for his work, he also found alternative ways to save me money during the work, without compromising quality, something very difficult to find from contractors. Later, we ran into a little issue with our floor which was not his fault but it was related to his job, however, he came back quick to fix it, and did a good job with it. I waited on writing this review until I felt the job out for over a month and can say with certainty that no curves were cut. Quality and price were perfect! I’ll be calling Julio back to do more jobs in the future."

"We had a wonderful experience with Footprints! Dan and Laura were quick to respond to our initial inquiry. Their bid was competitive and totally fair. Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it. They showed up on our job site at least 5 or 6 times to make sure that everything that was supposed to be happening was. They were super responsive to our communications throughout the whole project. Their installer, Daniel, was professional, hard-working, punctual, very knowledgable, and did very impressive work with our vinyl tile (PVT) flooring. He even did a great job cleaning up and organizing the tools that he needed to leave overnight. We found this business to be entirely trustworthy, an excellent value for our money, a genuine pleasure to work with, and folks that we'd still happily invite over for dinner when it was all said and done. They'll be the only ones we call in the future for flooring and tiling projects, and we will be passing their information along with our full endorsement to our friends, family, and colleagues. "My floors were damaged during a different remodeling project and Pros Flooring LLC was hired by the contractor. Jennifer met with me and provided a quote. She knew her stuff and she took time to explain the process to me. The crew cam out o a weekend to complete the work and did a fantastic job. They were even able to match the flooring perfectly to the rest of the house. Jennifer stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the result. "Overall I was pleased, however the quality was a bit inconsistent as far as the install was concerned. For instance, the quarter rounds on the flooring were in really good shape in most of the rooms, but they were crooked in the main area between our kitchen and dining room. Kind of a bummer since the dining room is hardwood floor & this makes the slanted wood grain stand out like a sore thumb! Bathrooms were inconsistent quality of the quarter rounds. There was a dent in one of the plates in the bathroom that I felt they could have replaced with a new one that they didn't damage. Also, they possibly scratched our new toilet when reinstalling it. However they were very generous in installing it for us instead of the old toilet."
