Earlier this week, Jay from the Royal Oak division completed some work on my 3 exterior doors and he replaced 2 cracked wooden steps leading to my back utility room. My 2 new steps are sturdy and I am pleased with them. The seals around my doors are neat, clean and effective. "The job was constructed in a timely manner; however, not completed. It has been over a month since complete payment was made to John Casimir Construction and the project has not been completed. The Township did not approve it twice and since Mr. Brodak did not agree with the Township, he has not completed the job so as to get Township approval, including replacing a piece of siding that he promised to replace. When speaking to him, he said "I have a deck to walk out on"."
