"I am very happy with the work that was performed by Millennium. My mom had a stroke and the bath needed handrails, safety rails and a shower seat installed. We were also in need of additional hand rails installed on three different flights of steps. We had a very short time frame as my mom was just coming out of the hospital. They showed up on time with a 7-man crew, so the job was completed in one day. Six years after the job was done, my basement is still bone dry - so dry it actually gets dusty! "Handyman Connection estimator responded quickly, did a thorough estimate, and talked me through the pros and cons of handling it a couple of ways, and could schedule the work to be done on our time schedule. The workman showed up as promised, with the materials for the job. There had been an error in the estimator's measurements that meant he had to return some materials and fetch new ones, so he had to spend a little longer on the job than he hoped, but he was pleasant about it - it wasn't a problem for me. Our ceiling height was a poor match for the new stairs, so the workman had to shorten them. That added extra time and visits to the job, as well. He was neat and clean with the workspace, took care of the material removed, and didn't mind explaining to me what he was doing, or letting me look at the work progress. The new stairs looked fine when done, and we were able to stay on our show schedule."
