His estimate was waaaaay lower than 3 others I got, he and his partner were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours, did what appears a really good job (it hasn't rained yet) and cleaned everything out. "I received a call from Lizette within a fairly short period of time. I explained our trouble areas not knowing if the issues could be resolved with just a repair or if the gutters needed replacing. She came out within a couple days. I was given a quote for just a repair...and one for replacing our whole gutter system. Because I felt the quote was reasonable for replacing the whole system, and we did have rust issues in areas that weren't leaking yet, we decided to replace all our gutters. We were also about ready to have the exterior painted on our home so Joe and Ron worked around my, and our painter's, schedule. Good quality work and the gutters look great and match our new exterior paint."

"$119 + $2Kyle was terrific!  He knows the roofing business and is very honest and efficient.  He showed pictures from his phone of the "before and after" to assure me that  the work needed to be done, and that it  was done. He was here when he said he would be here.  He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done.  He is an asset to this company.
My displeasure is that the Angie's List "Deal"  typically leads to a second service call because the repairman obviously cannot carry all the different tiles that may be needed to do a repair.  That initial "deal" was $119.....THEN THEIR MINIMUM SERVICE CALL after that is an ADDITIONAL $298.  If you happen to need several tiles, that cost is applied to the $298, but if you only need one tile (about $30 for the tile and installation), you still pay $298.     When I have had plumbers or other service people come for jobs, they do not charge a full fee for a second  service call due to the fact that they don't have the parts on hand.  This is not "Bait and Switch" but I feel it is close to it.
