"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."

"They showed up, gave me an estimate of $100, and hauled away the stuff.   Good guys, good workers, and seemed like a fair price.
The only hiccup was the scheduling.  I had called the day before, and they said they could either come later that day or the following day.  However, they didn't call me back that day.  Rather, they called me the following day to say they were 45 minutes away.   It worked out fine for me, but it would have been nice to have a set appointment.

In June of 2014, Down aunder Services landscaped our entire backyard (almost a third of an acre), transforming a rocky, dirt-filled wasteland into a gorgeous, lush space with a tiered hill and grass. WOW! We loved it so much that we signed up for their maintenance (gardening) services as well and most recently hired them again for our front yard. The prices are also extremely reasonable and I appreciated the open lines of communication. They finish every job on time and are very transparent about costs and expectations. We are moving to a new home and will be calling Warren again for all of our future landscaping needs there as well.

"Here's the thing: the quality of the work and materials were top-notch and I paid a very fair price for it, so for that I am happy.  However, the were a number of administrative problems:
1) Hot water and cold water were accidentally backwards in the garage. I would think that they'd test this before saying that it's done, so they had to come back and switch it. Shoulda been obvious.
2) The water heater was left tilted at an angle so they had to come back again to fix that and needed to drain the whole tank.
3) I was often told that I would receive a phone call on a certain day and that often didn't happen, so I had to call them many times. 
4) The patchwork wasn't completed until 13 days after the repipe because of miscommunications in the company as to who was scheduling the inspections and arranging the patchwork.  A couple of times, my contact just forgot about me and admitted this, though apologizing.

"Juan and his team from Rock & Rose did an excellent job in my backyard and frontyard. He built a beautiful retaining wall, installed pavers, and graded the property. His team was very professional and hard working. We did not have any bad experience. The project was done on budget and on schedule. He provided very good ideas during the process and was very flexible and fair with changes from the initial scope of the project. My family is very pleased with the final product."

"Apollo produced a product that far exceeded our expectations.  From day one, the crew was at the property at 8 am and worked through until 4:30 or 5:00.  Had anywhere from 1 to 5 workers at any one time.  During the three week demo and reconstruction, the crew also worked two of the Saturdays.  This was all during record heat and humidity conditions in Santee.  Worksite was kept organized and surprisingly clean during the entire project.
Project was expertly designed by Jesus (construction supervisor) and Patrick (landscape architect).  Only changes we made to the original plan were those recommended by the company's owner, changes that really enhanced the end result.  Clearly, the guys doing the work were experts in their parts of the business.  Ended up with a new paved walkway, a small wall, and five planting zones.  Opted for low water landscape and ground cover.
Appreciated that the owner made several visits to the property, and that he helped with some of the supervision and work.  Only glitch we had was some minor communication issues that delayed the final installations of some boulders.  In no way did that detract from the experience, but it could have been a point of frustration.  The delay was caused by one of their trucks breaking down and could have easily been resolved with a phone call.
I highly recommend Apollo. Did an excellent job; we are extremely happy with the result!

"They did such a good job. They came out quickly within two hours. It is a huge amount of feet to get into the drain but they came with all the right equipment. Even going up my white carpet with a seventy five foot snake they did not drip one drop onto the carpet. They had all the proper cloths and even work booties on their shoes. They were reasonably priced and I even had a coupon."
