"The job went well. Crew did the repairs and siding replacement, and subbed the painting to a firm that did a great job (Crew had told us the painting would be subbed out). When there was a problem with some of the siding repairs, Crew fixed the problem at no charge, and apologized. After the sub was done with the painting, Crew stopped by to check the work and make sure we were happy with it. Any time we called with a question or concern, they addresed it quickly and resolved problems as soon as possible. Every job will have its surprises or problems -- I expect that. What matters is the way it's handled when something does come up. Crew always handles problems quickly and completley.
