I could not have found anyone better than Drip Doctors. Pipes that had to be dug up and replaced they returned the yard back to as close as they could before digging. When grass grows it will look pretty much the same. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has plumber problems and pipe problems. They helped the hard experience of all that had to be done easier for me with their wonderful attitude towards their client, me, by helping me understand what and why each procedure was done. "Service tech Adam Canter did a check on our three year old Tar Heel crawl space encapsulation and found that the sump pump had stopped working. He quickly replaced the pump no charge. Adam was very knowledgeable and suggested there maybe excess humidity in our attic due to our dark metal roof. That Adam went out of his way to explain how this might be a problem was impressive. We have found Tar Heel to be a great company to work with due to their employees, quality of work, and the way they stand behind their repairs."

Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."

"We had a Pressure Relief Valve and a water shut off valve replaced and a water leak tracked down and repaired. I had contacted 3 companies regarding the issue we were experiencing. Pro Plumbing is the only company that responded promptly. We set up a time for their plumber to come out and he was exactly on time. Joseph (the plumber) was very polite and explained his company, how they work, etc. He used covers for his shoes (which I have found lately most companies do not do) and I greatly appreciated it! He went quickly to work, provided us with an estimate and started working on our problem. Finding our water leak took over 5 hours to find but their estimate never changed. Joseph had to open up our ceiling and a few walls to find the problem. But instead of busting into the drywall with a hammer leaving large holes, he cut into the drywall with a drywall saw leaving the opening repairable with drywall tape and patch putty. Once the repair was complete Joseph quickly cleaned up any mess he had made and was out of our home. I will call this company again if and when we have any issues that fall within the expertise of their technicians."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
