"This has been one of the best experiences we've had when dealing with home repair/improvement in 61 years!! The sales rep explained everything to us about the gutter guards and gutters in general. The price was much more reasonable than we expected. In fact, we got a quote from another company earlier that was so expensive-we decided to not install gutter protection at all!! But we kept our appointment with LeafBusters and so glad we did. We also got a price from them on a much needed downspout on one gutter end of our garage and had LeafBusters install that as well. We got a two hour window of when the installers were coming and they arrived 45 minutes early! Nobody does that!! "We obtained 6 bids to replace our roof. Caliber's bid was very competitive in price. It was a very difficult decision as to which company to select since all bidders were highly valued on Angie's List. We have a larger home plus a workshop that was in need of shingles. Spring rains made it difficult to schedule a date but with a 3 day window of clear weather the job was started at 8 a.m. and was completed at the end of the second day at 6 p.m. Workiing past 8 p.m. on the first day the 10 man crew was able to lay 103 squares of shingles in the two days. We were concerned about the hundreds of plants around our property being damaged and made that a priority. Chris the supervisor on the job was extremely helpful and kept the work moving along. "They basically did the inspection, but didn't repair anything at that time until we had time to talk to the insurance adjuster. They did a good job. They worked with the insurance company. They honored the price that the insurance company quoted in the estimate. The roof itself is pretty good."

"Working with Legacy and the owner Mark Spencer was great. Mark explained the project in advance and it went as described without any major issues. We called Legacy in early January and signed the order January 10.. They just finished the last door and we are very pleased. This is a company a homeowner can trust. We believe the quality of the installation was very good. Each day the debris was removed and the yard cleaned up. That was important to us. We also felt Legacy went the extra mile and provided us with the details we needed and in some cases, didn't know we wanted or needed. Example, our back service door is somewhat hidden by a row of bushes. Mark recommended for security we place an outswing door there. No one can kick in an outswing door. We feel more secure. Mark was great to work with. There was never any sales pressure to buy. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but Mark's input was very helpful. It took a little while but we got the look we wanted. We had wood windows and didn't want those again, but we were concerned that vinyl might not be appropriate. Legacy has their own window and we used that . The look is the best I've seen in a vinyl window and the triple pane glass has made our home very quiet inside. The sun doesn't blind us in the evening in our family room either. Big relief there. Our house is brick lower level and cedar second story. We didn't want vinyl siding and ended up going with Hardie siding. The new color really makes our home stand out and the look is excellent. Fresh, crisp, no more wood rot! We love it. Legacy also replaced 3 doors. Two service doors and a new front door. We went with Legacy's Provia Amish door line. This is a stained fiberglass door and it looks like real wood. Legacy threw in a multipoint locking system for the doors, looks great, very secure. We also had our old wood deck taken down and hauled away. We ended up with a new design that works better with my back yard. Legacy's carpenters were also great to work with. Each morning we would get a call telling us their ETA. We ended up having their whole company here at one time or another. Window and door installers were very clean. The finish, the details were all done well. The crew that did the siding and the paint people were also professional and courteous. Everybody took their shoes off when they came in. That was nice. We are very happy with the job. We recommend anyone considering a project to give Legacy a call. Good people."

"Their work is holding up well.  They matched my house perfectly.  It looks like it is freshly painted all the time.  It is a lifetime guarantee which has held up.  Before they came, they did major reconstruction work around some areas that we didn’t even know needed to be reconstructed.  They were very careful to check like window sills and the baseboards of the windows.  We had carpenter ants and so the windows had to be redone.  They fixed them.  They found the flaws in the construction and they fixed them.  They caulked and primed everything.  It was a very big job.  They were very nice guys and it was a good crew.  They were professional and they knew what they were doing.  The price was high but it was worth it.  If something comes up in the future, they will rectify it which is part of the deal."

"They came out, they measured, they brought these guys out, and it took them two days to do something that they said would take them one day. The inspector came out, and said it was terrible, so they had to take it all down, and redo again. They reinstalled the whole thing again, and they did it correctly this time. They had the down spout straight down the side of the house, and we said, that was not acceptable. We wanted the downspout to go out, so that it doesn't go to the foundation of the house, so they came out a few days later. They used metal extensions instead of plastic, and they bend and they are sharp. We said we wanted plastic and they should be color coordinated but they haven't done that so far. They need to get people who are good, and who can do it. I think they were doing on the job training, and apparantely the trainer was not good, and that is why they had to pull them down. It was at their cost, but it was still a pain on our part. The gutters are good, it was the way they set them up, that it was terrible."

They came early, stayed late, and finished in a day and a half. They were careful of our landscaping when removing the old roof and meticulous about cleaning up when the job was finished. Their roofing work is very professional - attending to details we didn’t think of. We are very pleased with our new roof and gutters."
