It took five years, in 2022, for them to repair the original driveway. The next year the driveway was falling apart again, but worse. When I called S & A for them to come out and look at it, they said they couldn?t help me. I look at other driveways that were poured in my neighborhood during the same time period ,and they look great. They use poor products and their workmanship is poor. They do not stand behind their work. I regret choosing them."

"Art has done multiple projects for me over the last 12 years. He's done everything from fine carpentry to building self wicking vegetable garden tubs, to building a gazebo, to electrical projects, to plumbing repairs and upgrades. Some of the projects have been simple and covered only a few hours of labor, some of the projects have been extensive and lasted over a week. Art has always made sure the project was done to his standards - which are nothing short of exceptional. The quality of his work cannot be overstated. "They waterproofed our basement several years ago. They included a lifetime warranty (not my lifetime, but the lifetime of the structure.) We've had subsequent leaking and getting them to revisit has been a nightmare. They don't return calls, they arrive 3 hours late to an appointment and then when they determined the work needed fell within the warranty, they never called to schedule the follow up appointment. When we called, they booked us for 2/8/2019 between 9am-10am. When they didn't show by 11am, we called. They said that because we don't have a cell phone, they couldn't reach us. (We only provided them a home phone number) and that our appointment was cancelled because of an emergency yesterday. They do not care about our business because we have already paid them over $5,000 and they refuse to follow through with their guarantee."
