"GREAT contractor; just look at this deck!! Don Sherman Builders LLC is my contractor of choice from now on! We had a very old TREX deck off the back of our sunroom, very small- it was on a second story- very high off the ground. We wanted to increase the size of the deck but since our sunroom was a weird shape, we had no idea how we were going to do this and have a decent looking set of stairs go down to the patio below. Don came in and had it figured out quickly, gave us a good drawn-out plan with measurements noted, and a fair price. Through the course of the job he communicated well and I never had to wonder...is he going to be here today or not? Is this going to get done or not? Every change or upgrade in the project was written out and added to the original four corners of our agreement; nothing was left to a "guesstimate".Don is very up front that he is "semi-retired" and works from about 10-3pm daily.
