Sean opened up the circuit box and showed me all the corrosion that had occurred and was causing the problems. Target was able to replace all the circuit breakers and amazingly many outlets that hadn't worked in years came back to life. I also asked for additional work and my home has been upgraded from ancient florescent lighting to more energy efficient LED's as well as switch plates and outlets. I have so much more light in my kitchen and garage than before. A week later we realized we had not shown them the utility room so they came back and took care of that as well They were also concerned about my pets safety and security during the work. They were so nice and understanding about about my home issues and fixed everything. I think this upgrade also increased my home's value."

"We did a total remodel of my husband's family home.   It took over six months.  Our next door neighbor is Andre Johnson who is starting up his own solar panel installation out of his home.  He has been in the business for  years, but felt now was the time for him to start his own business.  After we moved in, we talked to him about solar installation...we got some other bids, but his was still the best.  He and his son did the installation, then we called the city for the inspector to come out.
This is why I am writing this review.  With the total remodel, we had a lot of city inspections, and we knew how particular they are.  The inspector came out, went up on the roof for 10 or 15 minutes.  Then he told Andre he wanted to talk to us.  We thought...this can't be good.  On the contrary....the inspector wanted us to know what an outstanding job they did.  In fact, he said he had never seen such a perfect job.  He had been to two other homes for solar installation inspection prior to ours, and neither one of them passed.  He said they were done by well known, large local companies.  He said the larger companies sub-contract out the work, so you don't get the pride of ownership kind of work that we got.
Andre has five different licenses on his business card.  I did check his CA license....#958114...and he is in good standing with the state of California.  One of the other licenses was his federal contracting license, and another one was with the State of California as a disabled vet.
If you are looking for any kind of solar panel installation, PLEASE call Andre for a bid.  I really don't think you can find a better price, and I know you won't get a better job.
