So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"These guys are great! We were scheduled to move in on a Thursday and Danny was able to fit us in 2 days before that. I got a couple of quotes from other companies and Boyd's remodeling was the lowest. I got a discount because the condo was vacant (no furniture). This was a 2 day job. On the first day the entire Condo was prep and the popcorn was removed including all necessary ceiling repairs. On the second day Zack met us and went over where they were at with the job. Jorge did an awesome job painting the ceiling and in only 4 hours! Our ceiling looks fantastic!! The condo even smells better! I would completely recommend this company! Danny called me on Saturday while he was out of town to confirm the start of the job. They truly went above and beyond!

"They were good. For what they did, the price was fine. I think the thing that was unexpected for me was that they really did not go up on a ladder or anything and do the windows. They sprayed something up there and hoped for the best. Although it was better when they left, I did not know they were going to do the way they did it. You can only expect so much when they spray something on it from the ground. The quality was okay. It was not that awful. They showed up on time when they were supposed to. Their professionalism was fine. I would not use them again in the future because I do not think you can do the best job in the world from the ground on a two-story window."

This was a special order faucet from Delta purchased about 10 years ago.  I did not locate a model number and therefore, I need to replace the faucet.  Haven't had the money to replace it yet so I haven't called them back to do the work.  I may just have a new one installed by Lowe's since that is where I will purchase the new one.  Assume they will have the appropriate tool.
This provider was very prompt and responsive.  The original person couldn't come, so they called and explained and then sent someone else.
However, I was a bit dismayed that the plumber showed up without a tool that would take apart the faucet.  It was special order, but it's a standard Delta that is fairly commong these days.

Their project manager clearly listened to our needs and wants = to freshen rather than redesign, to keep the oak vanities and good-condition countertops, to correct small “problems” that we’d lived with for decades, and to focus on changes that we’ll enjoy in the ten years that we still plan to live in this home. The tiled shower transformed the shower experience, brought spaciousness to a small room, and was done by an accommodating and experienced crew. The project manager expedited the schedule, committing to a start date of February 20 but beginning the work a month earlier and finishing by February 28, 2023. He brought tile and carpet samples to the house, that both followed the earth tones in our home and created a light pattern-rich tiled shower. Our disruption and moving of personal items was minimized as the painting was done in four days and was followed three days later by a one-day carpet installation. Overall, this remodeling brought us upgrades that we already enjoy, a month of amicable and focused contractors, and efficient planning and execution by Modern Home Remodeling and its subcontractors.
