These guys were not a show up at 10 leave at 3 pm crew.......they worked long hours both days to ensure they met the promised schedule.They kept me informed any issues throughout the installation process so there were no surprises. At the end of two days we had two beautifully installed systems that now cool our 4000 sq ft house in a matter of an hour instead of the 4 or 5 the old system required. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
