"We called JR HVAC Services to get a second opinion on our A/C unit not cooling. Brenton let me know when he was on the way to my house and also when he arrived. He was very respectful, which can be very rare nowadays, friendly, and knowledgeable. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
