She booked my appt for the next day. Zam came to the house to provide us the quote and even offered to do half the job then and come back in a few days to do the hot water heater. He was incredibly professional and did a great job on all the work. I highly recommend them and will call them again."

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

Humberto clearly explained the problem, showed camera images, and outlined repair options without pressure. They used modern pipe-bursting technology to replace the sewer line without trenching the entire yard. Luís and his crew demonstrated outstanding technical skill and attention to detail, carefully ensuring proper grading, bedding, and flow before closing the excavation. They even worked through the weekend to minimize disruption. Communication was excellent throughout, the property was treated with care, and cleanup was impressive for a project of this size."

"Good work. Have had many people give estimates to replace sewer line but they were the only company to come out and use camera and equipment in FREE estimate (I was previously charged hundreds for a camera by another company) and specifically identify areas where they d dig and ended up replacing all the way under house for same cost. They did have to change days/times a couple times for estimate and work but my schedule was flexible and they notified promptly. It is expensive approx 8k but sewer line replacement is and they don t cut corners- do it to code. They even moved washer and dryer for me and offered to put back. One of the guys gave me the name of a person to repair the tile who happened to be working renovating my neighbor s house and he came a few days after they replaced the concrete and did a beautiful tile replacement - cannot even tell where they dug a hole."

"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

"Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."

James arrived within a timely matter, he respected my wishes as far as covid restrictions. He had his mask on, & wore plastic shoe coverings.
