"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Everything went well! We were having an issue with our refrigerator cooling and called Superior Appliance Service of Indy to come out for a diagnostic test."

"It was an excellent experience. Fritz was responsive to my calls and even called when he was running 5-10 minutes late for an appointment with me. He asked a lot of questions and listened, which led to him being very helpful with suggestions. I never felt pressured to buy anything or felt like he was trying to push a particular element. The work was done very nicely. He did miss one appointment because his email was not working."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"Mr. Shaffer completed everything to our satisfaction. The work was done efficiently and we were happy with the reasonable price. Mr. Shaffer himself completes the work. He's a pleasant person and very professional. I'd refer this gentleman to others and I plan to use his services in the future."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
