"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"I got 4 quotes from Angi, D&R was the most responsive and most reliable when it came to identifying what needed to be done, they did not try to expand the scope of the project, analyzed what exactly was needed ( One company told me that i had to replace my entire wiring in the house). The quote was lower than everybody and the work they did was absolutely beyond my expectations. Ricardo and Dunkin wore mask at all times, very respectable gentlemen, delivered the project on time. I would definitely hire D&R again. P.S. They replace my 20 circuit panel breaker with a 20-40 brand new breaker and put in 2 new GFI sockets. Some Electrician on Angi quoted me $1800 just do put in the new wiring, D&R did the entire job for a few hundred more. Great work, Good people."

"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."
