"The cement on our slate patio was cracking and in need of attention. Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a great job of grinding out the old cement, stabilizing the stones where necessary and putting in new cement. The crew was efficient and polite. The job was finished on time and for a fair price, IMO. Before and after photos (of one small area) attached. [One note: The grinding out of the old cement created a signigicant amount of dust. much of which went into the adjacent garden. My wife was/is concerned this will affect the chemistry of the soil, thereby affecting the health of her plants. Just be aware.] Highly recommend."

"I was extremely satisfied with the professional conduct of this job. I had carefully designed the structure of the shed. It was important that all the dimensions of the slab be met accurately and that the 6 posts be placed precisely and perfectly vertical. They were. Working with Jaime was very satisfying as we had numerous discussions about details as the job progressed. I provided some large salvage planks from the old shed that could be used to build forms, and he provided several significant suggestions to improve the end result. The slab was on a slight slope. He provided much deeper concrete on the downhill side to anchor the slab and resist underwash. He provided a large footer under each post before the main concrete pour, because the posts were going to carry the entire weight of the roof. I would not have thought to do that. This is the value of hiring an experienced contractor. The shed has been completed and the first delivery of sawdust has been made. The slabs stood up to the significant weight of the delivery truck as can be seen in my pictures."

"Jesse and Tillerman Gardens are top notch! We have worked with them for years. "The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."
