The handrails will definitely help my spouse with their mobility limitations. Abel was prompt in responding to a request for an estimate. He helped us devise a good solution and took the extra effort to ensure the new handrails complimented the existing ones (i.e. similar wood, shape, color, and finish) and met our expectations. His crew was courteous, efficient, paid attention to fine details, and ensured the job site was meticulously cleaned when the job was done. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work in the finished product. We would definitely recommend them."

"Poor quality installation: broken boards, huge gaps, cracks, and chips. They don't have any quality control, so you better be prepared to stand up for yourself as a customer. I had to call them back and redo a poor job, TWICE. And they didn't even apologize (were actually very defensive). And there's still stuff that can't be fixed since the installation was so poor the first time around. Mike seemed like a nice guy and he came for the initial estimate, but after that, never saw him again, only the workers came to the house, and the whole thing went down hill. If I were to do it again I'd go somewhere else and save my time and energy."

"I always read reviews, but I am sorry to say I seldom write one. But, not to do so in the case of Magni Flooring would be a disservice to the company and to the community. I needed a quick, partial replacement of wood flooring. I called and left a message with Magni. Co-owner Marcin Toroj called me back that day and came to my house the next to discuss the project. He thoroughly explained the process and wrote a fair estimate. I immediately accepted and he scheduled the work for the next day. His installer was delayed on another job, so Marcin delivered the new wood himself. Melvin soon arrived and did an excellent job. The other co-owner inspected the work as it progressed and Marcin did so at the end. The job was completed as promised and on time. I was greatly impressed and will certainly use Magni Flooring again should I need their services. You should too!"
