I had two lights that suddenly stopped working and had no idea what the problem was. As with other companies, Seatown did have a charge to analyze and diagnose the problem, so there was no free estimate. They also inspected the whole circuit board and checked for compliance with current electrical codes and checked another electrical glitch. Taylor determined the problem and I had him replace the faulty GFI outlet and give me an estimate of cost of replacing the main circuit box. He also installed a new light fixture that I had purchased to replace the older fixture that I had damaged in attempting my earlier repair."

I think if some rookie or sophomore plumber encountered the slight uneven floor for the toilet install they may have backed out of the project but seeing Jeremy work his skills made the install a breeze. The angle stop valve replacement looked just as easy to install despite the old galvanized pipe that is over 70 years old can potentially be a challenge but he made great work of it."

"I spoke to Danika Plumbing at 8:30am re: replacing my broken HWT& Dustin & his coworker (wish I remembered his name) were at my home at 1:30. It turned out to be a complicated replacement due to the previous bad installation. The space was tight so they needed to retrieve a different HWT than they had in their truck & I'm extremely happy with it. Dustin also custom reconstructed all the venting to the furnace & sealed it properly as well as created attachments to the wall which it previously didn't have. All in all, this was not just a standard replacement & took much longer than expected but Dustin & co-worker handled it efficiently & with skill. They really care that it is all done right. "G&S did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC unit. The best thing about G&S is that they warranty for 1 year. The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. Also they diagnosed the issue and repaired very quickly. Definitely A++ installation and service."
