"Karol is a very nice guy to work with. He is approachable, easy to communicate with. He goes through the project from end to end on our first visit, explain how he would build the frame, cut the wood, the timeline. He also finds a stone guy and coordinates the work. When actually doing the work, he puts cardboards on our floor to avoid scratching. Upon request, he also did a prototype for us, and when we change our mind to use a different style, he redoes the bulk of the project. I would recommend Karol to anyone who needs carpenter work!"

"The attic fan went very well. Troy was able to isolate and seal the flashing issue that was causing our roof leak, however after further investigation, requiring the removal of some siding, we found some more serious structural damage to the studs in the wall. This seemed to be a beyond his expertise as a 1-man job, so we opted to have him stop there and will bring in a construction contractor to make these repairs. We are very pleased with the work Troy did and would not hesitate to contact him again. We are grateful he was dedicated enough to look into the damage further, otherwise we never would have seen the interior damage."

"It was a challenging time to undertake this project between COVID, engineering errors (not the builder), labor shortages, and the price of lumber. I would not say it was easy, but the end result is a very well built, comfortable, attractive, and energy efficient living space. I learned a lot from this project and provided feedback to the contractor about what I didn't know about the process when we began and what others would benefit from. One key item is a clear list of what the "finishing" materials are and a schedule indicating when these materials are needed. I recommend that anyone working on a building project of this intensity insist upon a detailed list as part of the contract and in advance of the work beginning. Since our work was done, this contractor has hired two additional people to focus on those types of needs. The people performing the labor were always polite, friendly and respectful of masking and social distancing. We felt comfortable with them around our home. One thing that could have been better is more orderly disposal of materials and separation of recyclable and non-recyclable items."

The quality of their work is outstanding and our project finished on time which is rarity given the complexity and change orders associated with our remodel! They have excellent communication skills, are very detail oriented and most importantly, have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend them. "We just finished to build an ADU in the backyard with ON Design & Remodeling. In the beginning we met Aviv and he guided us with his team along the design process. They helped us to get the permit faster and choosing all the visible materials before starting the work. During the construction we received weekly updates regards the process so we always knew what to expect.
