Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Mountain View, CA

"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"I was impressed with the service - my water heater suddenly stopped working first thing Tuesday morning, and had a replacement installed by lunch time. So happy I discovered Water Heater Boys because finding a trusted, licensed plumber with a spotless track record was overwhelming. WHB makes the process easy by connecting you with top rated talent - saved me a lot of time and grief and gave me the confidence to move quickly and get hot water restored on the same day!!"

"Call in the morning, visit that afternoon with quote, installation next day. They didn't have our model in stock, so we got an upgrade to the next larger water heater at no additional cost. Installer was very knowledgable and friendly."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Gustavo from Escamilla Plumbing responded quickly to my call for help in determining whether to repair the existing toilet. I reviewed our history of the 14 year old Toto and our current problem with the small amount of water left after flushing. He adjusted the fill valve and made adjustments to shower valve and sink faucet. Gustavo listened attentively to my existing problems and was very professional in determining his actions and I plan to use his services again."

"I recently worked with Steve to replace my water heater with a tankless system and I am delighted to share my experience. Steve’s remarkable set of skills, including his knowledge, professionalism, diligence, excellent communication, and fair pricing, made the entire process a breeze! His expertise was evident from the moment he arrived. He carefully listened to my concerns and thoroughly assessed the situation, demonstrating his extensive knowledge in the field. Moreover, his transparent breakdown of the costs involved gave me the confidence to choose him for the project. The installation process was seamless and efficient. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Steve for all water heater replacement needs."

"Ishmael helped me replace my old water heater. He is friendly and professional. The whole process with him was a breeze, right from the first phone call until final payment. In and out in about an hour. I called him just an afternoon before and my heater was replaced was done in less than 24 hours. Would definitely recommend his expertise for your water heater needs."

"He was very professional, on time and very detailed. He replaced my water heater and upgrade the install and made sure the work was within code. I would hire him again for any plumbing services in the future and would highly recommend him."

"Replaced a filing water heater. The work was excellent. My water heater was basically blocked in by the incoming water and gas pipes, but the two-person team managed to remove the old heater, replace pipes as necessary, and get everything working again. Gave up-front pricing including permit inspection. Super professional crew."

"Mike was very knowledgable and friendly. He did a great job and we are very happy with our Eternal water heater. We will definitely work with Mike on future projects."
