"The whole project went very well, Juan and Gary were extremely helpful from the beginning to end.  They listened to all my kitchen wishes and were very helpful in staying within our budget. There were a few changes along the way including cabinet door style change right before they actually started . They also stained the cabinets to match my dining room furniture. We rejected 3 samples before agreeing on the color which turned out to be right on. Their skilled workers each had their specialty, cabinet maker, Oscar was very knowledgeable and even had some suggestions which I really liked. Aaron was the countertop guy who did <br>a beautiful job of installing the granite countertops ,we did have to make a trip back to reselect the granite because when Gary went to inspect the one we chose he found a crack in it so we were met by Gary and Juan they inspected the new selection on site and Aaron was there with pattern of our countertops and layed it out so that we could see exactly how it was going to look in my kitchen. Adam was in charge of plumbing, elecrical, and overall completion of project. I cant forget Mark he installed the backsplash and was very patient  with me. I was worried about how that was going to look especially since I was requesting a design over my range. It came out gorgeous!   All of these skilled workers were always very friendly and very professional.  Through out the entire project if we had any concerns they were immediately addressed and taken care of. I think the biggest issue was an electrical problem that affected our dining room , den area, Adam right away explained to us what happened and assured us it would be fixed right away which it was. They all seem very dedicated and always made sure that we were happy with how things were coming along. I also have to mention that there was alot of dust while the work was going on. They carefully blocked off the area with plastic and covered the flooring with paper which helped but still quite dusty so Iwas plesently surprised when at the completion of the remodel they sent a very nice cleaning lady by the name of Alia she spent several hours here dusting, vacuuming, and making sure everything shined. My husband and I are very happy with the end result and we plan on calling them again when were ready for new flooring and bath remodel. "

"They came out, took pictures and gave us a ball park estimate based on our description of what we wanted and what we could afford. Came back with computer generated printouts and pictures and detailed prices and options. Hired them to do the job. The contract was very fair and professional with payments spread throught the job. I was able to see the cabinets as they were being hand built.  All in all, totally satisfied.  The cabinets are beautiful and perfect. I mean perfect."

"From the moment I met Guy, I sensed he was very different from other contractors with whom I'd worked....and it was true. He wrote down, in detail, everything that was to be done and it was all completed beautifully and in a timely manner. He brought in superb craftsmen and treated them with great respect, something I've found lacking in other contractors with whom I've worked. Whenever I had a question, he responded promptly and visited often to make sure I was pleased with the work. He even built a custom support for an under-mount sink when the one provided by the manufacturer proved flimsy--something that wasn't even included in our contract! I'd developed some trust issues over the last couple years as a result of working with dishonest contractors or those whose work was of a poor quality. Guy renewed my faith. "After checking out bids from several cabinet makers and contractors, we were so lucky to be introduced by our brother to the team at Fernando's Custom Kitchen Cabinets in Montebello. From start to finish, our experience with Armando Jr. & Armando Sr., Fernando, Antonio and all of the other guys was excellent. These guys are friendly, professional, respectful, careful, and creative. They take great pride in their work and it shows. For approximately half the price of the bids from the big name cabinet companies, we were able to get the kitchen of our dreams! Our drawers and cabinets have soft close hardware; a custom breakfast nook was built to our specifications; our pantries and space under the kitchen sink have beautiful roll outs making everything accessible; we have a custom trash drawer, a custom spice drawer, custom dish drawers, etc. When it was clear that I, the homeowner, had miscalculated on a couple of items (i.e. breakfast nook measurement too shallow), the team made adjustments in a timely fashion to our satisfaction. We have an all white kitchen with stainless steel appliances and we chose to have Fernando's not only build the cabinets, but also paint and install them. This proved to be a very smart step, as the paint finish is top notch and any adjustments that had to be made during installation due to uneven walls and ceiling were all taken care of by this team. After the counters and appliances were installed the guys came back to make sure everything fit tightly and seal any gaps.
